Our Villa
Our villa is a four bedroom, three bathroom villa with games room, free wi-fi and outdoor pool with extended deck.
Living Area
The open plan living area comprises:
Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen includes microwave oven, conventional oven and grill, refrigerator and freezer (with ice maker), blender, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, crockery, glassware, cutlery, cookware, and (most importantly!) dishwasher.
A washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, are also included.
Dining Area
The kitchen comes with a breakfast bar that is ideal for grabbing a quick snack or alternatively, for family meals, there is a dining area adjoining the kitchen.
A high chair is provided for our younger guests.
Lounge
The generously sized ‘Great Room’ comes with three sofas, cable T.V. and VCR. The Great room leads directly out to the covered lanai, extended deck and pool area.

The lanai is a covered area ideal for shaded outdoor comfort, whereas the extended pool deck provides ample space for those of you that want to relax in the sun.
Patio furniture & sun-loungers are provided.
The whole lanai and deck is screened so that you can enjoy your time outdoors without being bothered by the local insects.
The pool is regularly cleaned and maintained by our local management team for your enjoyment.
Bedrooms
Master bedrooms 1 and 2
Both these large bedrooms come with double beds, fitted wardrobes, ample drawer space, hair driers and en-suite bathrooms (with twin hand basins, walk-in-shower and toilet).
Bedrooms 3 and 4
These large bedrooms come with twin beds, fitted wardrobes, ample drawer space and hair driers.
The two twin bedrooms share bathroom 3 which has twin hand basins, shower/bath and toilet.
Games Room
Games Room
The games room comes with a standard size pool table, T.V. and a variety of board games – an ideal way to relax after enjoying a fun-packed day.
The sofa in this room converts to a bed so that the villa comfortably sleeps 10 (and guests 9 and 10 have a private room).
Other Features
Air conditioning
The property is fully air conditioned throughout. There is no charge for the use of this facility.
Linen and towels
All linen and towels are provided free of charge.
Telephone
A telephone is provided for your use.
Management Company
Prior to your arrival the villa will be thoroughly cleaned and made ready for your stay, provided with freshly laundered bed linen and towels. All of this is carried out before your arrival by our local management company who will also be on hand during your stay should you have any problems.
